Appointment Policy: As we are a small business any last-minute changes and cancellations affect the running of the salon and costs of the salon. To be able to provide the best possible service and fairness to all clients we have the following booking policies. *In order to secure an appointment at Rokk Lab, all new clients will be required to pay a $100 deposit to secure a booking of 2 hours or longer or $50 for a cut or styling appointment. This amount is credited toward your first Service at Rokk Lab and is Non-Refundable. *Deposit can be made over the phone or in the salon, please note an appointment is not secured until a deposit is made. *Our automated system sends a confirmation Text 4 days prior to your booking as a friendly reminder. Please reply YES to confirm the booking or make contact with us to change. *All appointments Cancelled without 48 hours notice prior to appointment or ‘no-show’ will, unfortunately, incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. *By Booking an appointment at Rokk Lab you agree and abide by our terms and conditions and the policy set out as above.
